Next the worldwide Internal administrative boundaries layer features who's boundaries fell within the southeastern focus area were selected out. This layer was then reprojected to the FGDL albers projection NAD83 HARN. Once in the FGDL albers projection this layer was then Dissolved based on NAME. Next this newly created layer was renamed to southeast_iabnd.shp A DESCRIPT field was then added based on NAME. A FGDLAQDATE field was also added and populated.
