During the QA/QC process the following tasks were undertaken: 
- A subset of the dataset was created for Florida where the CNTBND county Extents were buffered by 400m. This was used to clip the original and create the new Powerlines dataset.
- Deleted the OBJECTID, GlobalID, and SHAPE_LEN fields. 
- A DESCRIPT field was added based on the following:
"POWER TRANSMISSION LINE (VOLTAGE: " + !VOLT_CLASS! + ")"
- A FGDLAQDATE field was added based on date downloaded from source.
