Added fields; AYRBLT, LUCODE, and DESCRIPT. - Calculated AYRBLT based on the parcels actual year built from various other tables. - Calculated LUCODE based on the parcels land use value UCOLD, added value 100 for uses not covered. - Calculated DESCRIPT based on the FDOR description for the UCOLD values.</stepDesc>
