The other two Florida counties (Santa Rosa and Sumter), contain 2003 tax information, as it was the most recent data available. GeoPlan then extracted mobile home parcels from the statewide parcels layer. Parcels with a use-code value of 2 ‘Mobile Homes,’ were extracted. The data set contains the final selections from the original dataset with selected fields removed and Socio-Cultural Effect fields and attribute definitions added. For the various county parcel layers: - GeoPlan projected the individual layers to FGDL Albers HPGN from various State Planes Coordinate Systems- NAD83 (East, North, and West) - Added a AYRBLT field (for Parcel Actual Year Built) and populated it using additional parcel data information - Added DESCRIPT field based on ONAME.
