Vector datasets with no defined scale or accuracy should be considered suspect. Make sure you are familiar with your data before using it for projects or analysis. Relationship classes between tables and feature classes were created in the geodatabase.</stepDesc><stepProc><rpOrgName>U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, National Geospatial Center of Excellence</rpOrgName><rpCntInfo><cntPhone><voiceNum>800 672 5559</voiceNum><faxNum>817 509 3469</faxNum></cntPhone><cntAddress addressType="postal"><delPoint>501 West Felix Street</delPoint><city>Fort Worth</city><adminArea>TX</adminArea><postCode>76115</postCode><country>US</country></cntAddress></rpCntInfo><role><RoleCd value="009"/></role></stepProc><stepSrc type="used"><srcCitatn><resAltTitle>withheld</resAltTitle></srcCitatn></stepSrc></prcStep><prcStep xmlns=""><stepDesc>GeoPlan downloaded this data on 2/13/25 from the NRCS from this webpage: https://nrcs.app.box.com/v/soils

The soils database is a relational database and there are many tables involved, for this layer data only data from 5 tables were used: MUAGGATT, MAPUNIT, COMPONENT, CHORIZON, CHTEXTUREGRP. Only the soils with the highest component percentage from the COMPONENT table were used. In addition, only the surface Horizon was used from the CHORIZON table. From these 5 tables only data from a selected group of fields were joined, if you wish to get more data then please visit the nrcs website to download the complete file geodatabse. Detailed metadata is available for each individual county from NRCS. This metadata was based on information from the MUPOLYGON which is a statewide layer.</stepDesc><stepProc xmlns=""><editorSource>external</editorSource><editorDigest>786dcbb2ef2a12674391f92d21d5616b2e69f87e</editorDigest><rpOrgName>University of Florida GeoPlan Center</rpOrgName><editorSave>True</editorSave><displayName>University of Florida GeoPlan Center</displayName></stepProc></prcStep><dataSource type=""><srcDesc>Spatial and Attribute Information</srcDesc><srcMedName><MedNameCd value="015"/></srcMedName></dataSource></dataLineage><report type="DQConcConsis" dimension=""><measDesc>This data is provided 'as is'. The map unit symbol uniquely identifies each map unit delineation. Each symbol corresponds to a map unit name. The map unit key is used to link to information in the National Soil Information System tables.

Map Unit Delineations are described by the National Soil Information System database. This attribute database gives the proportionate extent of the component soils and the properties for each soil. The database contains both estimated and measured data on the physical and chemical soil properties and soil interpretations for engineering, water management, recreation, agronomic, woodland, range, and wildlife uses of the soil.</eaover><eadetcit>U.S. Department of Agriculture. 1999.
