<procdesc>GeoPlan downloaded the source for this dataset from the Florida Department of Transportation, Materials Office website (https://mac.fdot.gov/smoreports) on June 23rd, 2021. The file downloaded was entitled All Producers (excel). The data was received as an XLS with all materials produced in Florida. All materials with a MATERIAL TYPE not equal to Asphalt were deleted from the table. The table was then saved as a CSV. The dataset was brought into ArcMap and mapped based on the provided Latitude Longitude coordinates: GCS_WGS_1984. -3 additional records were removed that were out of the state of FL. -4 additional records were removed with no spatial info (LAT/LONG = 0). -Removed country and m_country fields since all records were empty -Shapefile created using WGS84 was reprojected to Albers using the WGS_1984_(ITRF00)_To_NAD_1983 + NAD_1983_To_HARN_Florida transformation. -All fields were upcased. -DESCRIPT field was added based on NAME. -FGDLAQDATE field was added based on date downloaded from source. -MGRS, LAT_DD, LONG_DD, GOOGLEMAP fields added. -Removed OBJECTID_1 and additional lat/long fields. Restructured table based on the longest record for each field Changed attribute table names from update to match the names from the previous FGDL update. Name changes include: -Facility_I = FAC_ID -Facility_D = NAME -Contact_Pe = CONTACT -Contact_Em = EMAIL -Telephone = PHONE -Physical_A = ADDRESS -P_Addres_1 = CITY -P_Addres_2 = STATE -P_Addres_3 = ZIPCODE -Mailing_Ad = MAILING -M_Addres_1 = M_CITY -M_Addres_2 = M_STATE -M_Addres_3 = M_ZIPCODE -QCP_Status = STATUS -QCP_Stat_1 = ACT_DATE</procdesc>
